中超聯賽第二階段明日開戰 ，申花赛心上海申花已經確定將給更多的小将享比年輕球員出場鍛煉的機會。賽前發布會主教練毛毅軍和隊員汪海健共同出席 ，透露态和汪海健也是朱辰自信最重朱辰傑的室友 ，他透露朱辰傑也給自己分享了一些征戰中超的杰睡比賽經驗和心得體會 。
主教練毛毅軍表示 ，前分球隊目前備戰不錯，得心“第二階段聯賽會給年輕球員更多的申花赛心機會 。年輕球員都很有潛力 ，小将享比欠缺的透露态和是比賽經驗和場上的積累 ，平時除了技戰術層麵要求他們 ，朱辰自信最重包括跑位 、杰睡意識 ，前分位置技術，得心主要在賽場上還是申花赛心心理上的調整 ，他們需要放下包袱 ，輕鬆上陣 。”
對於青島隊，毛毅軍表示有一定的實力，“前期遇到一些困難 ，這一階段作為保級球隊，可能會迸發更大的能量 ，我們會把困難考慮更多一些 。”
汪海健表示 ，自己生理和心理都做好了比賽的要求 ，力爭全力以赴打好 ，“年輕球員要抓住機會 ，大膽表現自己 ，通過比賽來積累經驗 。”
汪海健還透露：“我跟朱辰傑是室友 ，睡覺前會有一些交流，他踢的大賽多 ，在國家隊也能打上主力 ，比賽經驗豐富 。朱辰傑跟我說 ，關鍵還是做好自己 ，心態擺正 ，心態和自信更重要 ，隻要在場上把自身特點發揮出來 ，就會有好的表現 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
