首先，到困張外龍介紹了球隊目前的难新情況 ，張外龍透露:“好久不見大家 ，赛季我們這支球隊更改了名字 ，养年陣容也有很大的變化 ，希望今年帶給大家一個全新的麵貌。對於俱樂部和球隊 ，跟去年雖然有變化 ，但大部分是一樣的 ，更主要的是我們更年輕了 ，以後的發展方向也會培養他們。今年我們冬訓遇到一些困難 ，但我們球員都很熱愛足球，他們會克服困難 。”
在山東泰山隊與重慶兩江競技的交鋒中 ，泰山隊取得了4勝3平3負的戰績 。首輪迎戰山東泰山，張外龍表示球隊會全力以赴 ，“因為聯賽還沒開始 ，所以對手到底是什麽狀態還不太了解 ，我們會按照我們自己準備的內容來全力備戰 。”
