日前，袭击蒿俊閔和蔣光太兩員大將在中超俱樂部的国足光太冬訓熱身賽中先後受傷 ，他們將缺席3月18日開始的备战國足上海集訓 。
本次國足上海集訓 ，突遭退出李鐵點將28名 ，伤病但近一個月來各中超俱樂部都在密鑼緊鼓地備戰將於4月20日開鑼新賽季中超聯賽 ，蒿俊訓練量大且都進行了不少熱身賽 ，闵蒋不少國腳出現了傷病困擾 。集训來自山東魯能的袭击老將蒿俊閔就在與河南嵩山龍門的熱身賽中拉傷大腿 ，至少要休息1-2周，国足光太因此他將缺席國足上海集訓 。备战
另外 ，突遭退出廣州隊陣中的伤病歸化國腳蔣光太也在俱樂部集訓中受傷，無法參與國足的蒿俊集訓 。據悉 ，闵蒋在蒿俊閔和蔣光太傷退後 ，國足大概率會臨時抽調徐新和鄭錚頂替。徐新和鄭錚本來就在國足1月海南集訓名單中 ，如今重新回歸不會影響國足的整體集訓。
