10月19日 ，卡帅卡納瓦羅接受國內媒體專訪時談到了歸化球員洛國富。谈洛此前 ，国富格球由於體重問題 ，近年甲洛國富被卡納瓦羅排除在大名單之外 。算合他認為洛國富近幾年都不算合格球員 ，员中也體重問題一直是卡帅個大問題 。
對於此前棄用洛國富 ，谈洛卡納瓦羅表示 ：洛國富從之前我們在一起的国富格球時候就說到了 ，他體重的近年甲問題 。我從一開始就和他說得很明白 ，算合我需要他控製體重 ，员中也直到最後一天 。卡帅即使說他進了幾個球 ，谈洛但還是国富格球可以說 ：這幾年來他都算不上個合格的球員 ，因為真正的運動員不能比別人胖上十多公斤 。他還有蔣光太這樣的球員，需要把體重控製在合理範圍內 ，不然他沒法踢足球 ，我跟他說得很清楚。
我當麵跟他說 ，如果不是他們讓我簽下你 ，我甚至在中甲天津隊都不會選你。但是球隊做出了這樣的選擇 ，這樣的選擇對國家隊有所幫助 ，我們是為了這個目標 。
不過 ，他是一個知道自己在哪裏錯了的球員 ，一個專心投入比賽的球員 ，一個能力十分優秀的球員，但是很顯然他有些失去了目標，一個運動員要有一個健康的生活，不僅是要早睡早起，還要在餐桌上控製住自己 。他明白這一點 ，我對這個十分高興 。因為他是一個很優秀的小夥子，他知道他需要管理好自己。不僅是在訓練中 ，還有比賽期間。他可以在恒大和國家隊發揮很大的作用 ，但是如果他還像年輕時候那樣我行我素 ，那就沒多大意思了 。
