國足在對關島隊的国足主場比賽後謝場 圖/視覺中國
昨夜 ，中國男足國家隊一行抵達阿聯酋 ，携箱備戰轉移至阿聯酋沙迦進行的防疫40強賽A組餘下三場比賽 。中國隊近百人的物资代表團 ，攜帶了20箱的联酋两关防疫物資。
原定重啟後在中國蘇州進行的键对加紧40強賽A組比賽，在5月30日進行完中國隊對關島隊的手正比賽後 ，因故不得不轉移至阿聯酋繼續進行 。补强昨天8時許 ，国足國家隊從蘇州的携箱太美香穀裏酒店出發 ，乘坐大巴前往上海浦東機場 。防疫而後勤工作人員則是物资在淩晨5點就提前將打包好的東西運送至了浦東機場，並提前為全隊辦理好了登機牌 。联酋两关13時 ，键对加紧國足代表團90餘人 ，手正加上關島隊代表團、A組裁判員以及亞足聯官員等100多人，一起乘坐包機從浦東機場起飛 ，並於昨晚抵達迪拜機場 。之後，國足乘坐了約一小時的大巴 ，抵達了阿聯酋第三大城市沙迦 。
國足此次出行 ，防疫優先。中國足協副秘書長 、國足40強賽防疫組組長戚軍表示 ：“我們要求來接隊伍的司機要提前進行核酸檢測，確保沒問題之後再來為球隊服務 。”據悉 ，為了做好在阿聯酋當地的防疫工作 ，國足此次攜帶了20箱的防疫物資 ，包括防護服 、麵罩、口罩、手套等 。在迪拜機場 ，國足將士身穿防護服出關 ，一直到沙迦酒店才脫下 。酒精 、洗手液 、消毒液等防護用品因無法攜帶上飛機 ，將在阿聯酋當地采買 。“我們總的原則就是盡可能與外界隔離開 ，減少接觸 。如果需要與外麵的人接觸 ，也需要做好防護 ，確保安全 。”戚軍說 。
為了在比賽期間做到防疫安全，國足此次包下了沙迦的福朋喜來登酒店。比賽期間 ，酒店內除了必要的工作人員外，隻有中國代表團的成員能出入 ，所有球員和工作人員均住單間 ，方便大家夜晚休息 。全隊隻能在酒店內就餐 。
盡管國足的比賽從主場變成了中立場 ，但國足將士們依然對小組出線充滿信心 。後衛王燊超表示 ：“我們都是職業球員 ，現在要做的就是盡快做好調整 ，為打好下一場比賽做好準備 。對我們來說，不管是在哪裏踢比賽 ，接下來的這三場都需要我們全力以赴爭取勝利 。”國足官方也發文 ：賽場易地 ，使命不變 ，我們出發了 ！
經亞足聯確認 ，中國隊後麵三場比賽的開球時間已經全部確定：北京時間6月8日淩晨1時對陣菲律賓隊；6月12日淩晨1時迎戰馬爾代夫隊；6月16日淩晨1時對陣敘利亞隊 。
國足的兩個對手菲律賓隊和敘利亞隊近期都在積極增兵 。菲律賓隊增補了剛剛跟隨波鴻拿到德乙冠軍並重返德甲的中場歸化球員霍爾特曼以及中衛德穆加等人，後麵可能還會有球員到來。敘利亞隊則增補了前鋒馬赫穆德·巴赫爾和中場瓦德·薩拉 。
