可樂是全世界範圍內最受歡迎的飲料之一，但同時也是不太健康的飲品之一 。可樂含糖量極高 ，職業球員通常都會遠離這種飲料 。C羅有著極高的職業素養 ，他不但自己不喝可樂 ，而且也不希望孩子們喝可樂。迷你羅就曾透露 ，C羅在家中不允許自己喝可樂 。如果嘴饞的話 ，迷你羅要躲著父親才敢喝可樂 。
通過這種方式 ，C羅呼籲大家少喝可樂多喝水 。從健康的角度而言 ，C羅的這一做法沒什麽問題。但從讚助商的角度而言 ，C羅的舉動就有失妥當了 。對於歐洲杯讚助商可口可樂公司而言 ，C羅的做法顯然會影響到該品牌形象 。
