此前多家媒體曾報道稱 ，足协准入中國足協將在3月23日公布三級職業聯賽準入名單 。推迟但球迷翹首以待到3月23日下午 ，公布观最終等來的名单消息卻是中國足協將公布時間再度推遲 。
當天下午 ，避争不乐某俱樂部官員告訴紅星新聞記者 ：“ 準入名單今天不會公布了 。议中”隨後多家媒體也相繼報道了這一消息 ，甲队據《足球》報稱 ，前景推遲公布很可能是足协准入因為今天出現的一些緊急情況 。
在此之前 ，推迟不少媒體都猜測，公布观最終將有江蘇隊 、名单天津津門虎 、避争不乐泰州遠大 、议中北京人和 、甲队江蘇鹽城和深圳壆岡6支球隊無法獲得準入資格，但最新消息顯示 ，中甲球隊呼和浩特隊目前的前景也不樂觀 。呼和浩特球員牟善韜於3月22日晚在個人微博發布長文討薪 ，稱自己快一年的時間沒有拿到過一分錢 。
除了呼和浩特隊在準入名單公布前突發危機外 ，中甲新軍淄博蹴鞠在3月23日被爆料稱 ，新托管方四川華昆方麵將解雇目前合同在身的所有球員和教練 ，這一度被外界認為是獲得準入資格後的卸磨殺驢 。當天下午 ，紅星新聞記者獨家專訪了四川華昆方麵 ，他們也對此進行了回應 。
據知情人士向紅星新聞記者透露 ，中國足協再次推遲公布準入名單 ，和剛才提到一些最新情況有關，這也是為了避免在敏感時期公布準入名單引起外界的爭議 。
