針對山東女足助教崔肖佳實名舉報山東省運動管理中心侵吞隊伍獎金 ，山东实支克扣教練員工資一事 ，足管中心山東省足球運動管理中心在5月18日作出回應 ，崔肖撑表示該問題“未獲得事實支撐” 。佳实
山東省足管中心聲明表示 ：
“一 、名举關於崔肖佳反映‘侵吞獎金’問題 ，报举报内經調查核實 ，容缺我單位與崔肖佳簽訂的乏事十四屆全運會合同中無此內容 ，該問題也未獲得事實支撐 。山东实支”
“二 、足管中心關於崔肖佳反映拖欠工資問題
我中心本著盡快 、崔肖撑妥善解決的佳实態度 ，多次與崔肖佳對接協商 。名举其中 ，报举报内2021年10月 、容缺11月薪資已按約定執行完畢。2021年12月至2022年2月薪資問題，因雙方未達成一致 ，故暫時無法執行。”
“三、崔肖佳等教練員為山東女足發展做出了積極努力 ，我中心於2月向其遞送了感謝信 。對雙方存在異議問題，我中心將本著實事求的原則積極協商尋求解決 。如無法協商解決 ，則訴諸法律途徑 ，依照判決執行 。”
山東省足管中心聲明表示 ：“對任何不尊重事實 ，損害我單位形象的行為，我們將堅決依法抵製。”
此前崔肖佳實名舉報山東省足球運動管理中心侵吞隊伍獎金與克扣教練員工資 。崔肖佳表示 ：山東省足管中心進行了領導班子調整之後，“昧著良心拒不承認山東女足全運會30萬元獎金存在 。”另外 ，自己還被足管中心拖欠四個月工資。（搜狐體育 裴力）
