天津津門虎今天下午出發前往上海進行衝刺備戰 ，津门集训计划其間進行兩場熱身賽 ，虎今海港之後隊伍按照規定時間進駐蘇州賽區 。天赴踢热從兩場熱身賽的上海申花身赛間隔來看 ，隊員將提前感受中超第二階段賽事的津门集训计划辛苦 。
津門虎今天上午照常訓練 ，虎今海港下午飛往上海 ，天赴踢热距離既定的上海申花身赛中超第二階段開賽時間越來越近 ，津門虎對訓練抓得很緊 ，津门集训计划體能 、虎今海港力量 、天赴踢热戰術演練交替進行 ，上海申花身赛隊員們此前在接受采訪時都表示這個間歇期準備工作做得比較充分，津门集训计划對未來的虎今海港保級大戰有信心。
津門虎計劃2日與上海海港 、天赴踢热5日與上海申花分別進行一場熱身賽 ，兩場熱身賽之間相隔2天 ，時間安排與中超第二階段賽事兩輪比賽間隔的時間一致 ，在這種節奏之下隊員踢完比賽身體機能處在什麽水平 ，通過檢測皆可以知曉，給教練組排兵布陣提供科學依據 。不僅僅是津門虎 ，上海申花也采取這種方式 ，他們先和青島隊熱身 ，再戰津門虎 。
津門虎3中衛戰術的穩固性、卡達爾與維吉諾維奇以及馬格諾這條中軸線的磨合 ，賽程密集下哪些是主要輪換隊員等 ，都需要經過實戰檢驗才能得出結果 。而且 ，津門虎在保級大戰中最大一塊硬骨頭當數河南嵩山龍門 ，重慶兩江競技 、滄州雄獅和青島隊當然也不能小覷 ，身處逆境之中的隊伍往往會爆發出驚人戰鬥力，以海港 、申花來扮演假想敵 ，通過熱身賽找出需要進一步完善之處，這兩場熱身賽對於津門虎來說十分重要 。
