北京時間6月11日 ，德媒據德國媒體《圖片報》報道稱 ，曼膝德國國腳喬納斯-霍夫曼在訓練中膝蓋受傷 ，盖受具體傷情未知 。伤缺如果霍夫曼因傷無法參加歐洲杯，席训德國隊可以選擇再征召一人遞補進入大名單 ，练勒但是夫无主教練勒夫無意再征召任何球員 。
據報道稱 ，意补霍夫曼是招球在昨天的訓練中膝蓋受傷 ，今天沒有參加訓練 ，德媒德國隊還沒有就霍夫曼的曼膝傷情給出明確的說法。如果霍夫曼確定無法參加歐洲杯 ，盖受德國隊還來得及再征召一人遞補進入大名單。伤缺然而 ，席训德國隊主帥勒夫認為球隊的练勒陣容已經足夠強大，即使霍夫曼因傷退出，勒夫也無意再征召任何球員 。
現年28歲的霍夫曼目前效力於門興格拉德巴赫 ，既能踢邊鋒 ，也能勝任進攻型中場 ，是一個中前場的多麵手 。2020-2021賽季 ，霍夫曼各項賽事為門興出場33次 ，打進8球，助攻13次，他憑借出色的表現入選了德國隊征戰本屆歐洲杯的大名單 ，但是霍夫曼有可能因傷錯過他國家隊生涯的第一屆大賽 。
