而更離譜的失誤還在後邊 ，比賽第83分鍾 ，博努奇後場回傳給什琴斯尼 ，奧卡卡上前逼搶 ，什琴斯尼本可以一個大腳解決問題 ，但是他卻選擇帶球 ，出球時被奧卡卡攔截，皮球來到了德烏洛費烏的腳下 ，後者輕鬆打空門得手 。這次玩火失誤不僅送給烏迪內斯一球，而且直接導致尤文被烏迪內斯逼成2-2平局 ，到手的3分變成了1分 。
賽後，什琴斯尼被著名的英國足球數據媒體《whoscored》評為5.6分的低分，他也是尤文首發球員中評分最低的球員。
