封麵新聞報道稱 ，知情早说知道在得知張恩華去世之後，人张封麵新聞記者連線了張恩華的恩华一位朋友S先生 。S先生告訴記者 ，过戒張恩華曾經在一次酒局裏提到過“自己肝壞了” ，为啥也多次說到“以後不喝酒了” ，又喝但不知道為何又喝了 。知情早说知道
S先生提到 ：“張恩華為人很仁義 ，人张講義氣 ，恩华是我一個特別好的老大哥 。因為我有朋友是遼足二線隊的隊員 ，後來沒踢了 ，但還是跟張恩華認識。我們有一段時間沒有見麵了 ，之前一起喝酒的時候他一直說自己肝髒不好 ，早就說要戒酒了 ，不知道為什麽又喝了 。”
