弗萊伊薩表示：“我看到很多的巴薩球迷在為梅西的事情擔心 ，梅西毫無疑問是梅西曆史最佳，但是最佳已經34歲了 ，我們的但岁未來在佩德裏 ，德容，未属法蒂 ，于年埃裏克這些球員 ，前主轻人以及未來即將到來的席候选人球員手中 。巴薩永遠比任何的梅西球員更加偉大 。”
