北京時間3月15日 ，上海申花召開新援見麵會 ，惜加何龍海和王毅兩名新援率先與媒體和球迷見麵。盟申新賽季何龍海將身穿29號球衣 ，机会经历王毅則身穿18號球衣 。重罚球衣號碼也反映出主教練和管理層對於兩位小將寄予的成熟厚望 。
何龍海上賽季就已經開始隨隊訓練 ，何龙海珍花本賽季正式與申花簽約 ，惜加他表示自己非常榮幸能夠加盟申花 ，盟申“我會珍惜這次機會，机会经历刻苦訓練 ，重罚希望能夠盡快代表申花出場比賽。成熟”
談到去年在國青隊遭遇的何龙海珍花處罰 ，何龍海表示：“經曆了去年的惜加重罰，自己成熟了很多，盟申俱樂部也沒有放棄我 ，我會更加努力，去回報俱樂部的信任 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
