盡管中國足協及中足聯籌備組尚未官方發布中超第二階段爭冠 、中超保級組的第阶段基定天賽程安排 ，但第二階段於12月12日 、本确13日在蘇州、赛支廣州兩賽區打響已經確定 。球队弃對於正處於低穀的处境中國足球而言，今年聯賽能否順利收官至關重要 。艰难

中超第二階段基本確定3天1賽
中國男足國家隊結束本年度的言放12強賽後 ，多數中超球隊也進入第二階段聯賽的中超備戰倒計時：按照聯賽目前確定的重啟時間 ，保級組球隊最晚於12月9日進駐蘇州賽區 ，第阶段基定天爭冠組球隊進駐廣州賽區的本确時間為12月10日。
根據12強賽賽程 ，赛支國足將於明年1月27日客場挑戰日本隊 ，球队弃2月1日客場對陣越南隊 。处境為給國家隊1月中旬重新集中備戰“讓路” ，艰难中超第二階段將重現第一階段後9輪的密集賽程 ，基本確定為3天1賽 ，於明年1月3日 、4日落幕 。若不出意外 ，聯賽賽程將於下周正式對外公布 。
與此同時，賽事防疫 、兩大賽區的場地養護工作也在有序推進 ，聯賽重啟的相關“硬件”準備工作已無問題 。
保自己
3支球隊處境艱難但未言放棄
受欠薪等因素影響 ，此前外界關於中超第二階段的悲觀猜測為“能否湊齊16支球隊參賽” ，從目前情況看 ，尚無球隊提出放棄參加第二階段賽事。
在爭冠組方麵 ，10月26日宣布停工休假的河北隊並未放棄自救 ，11月14日 ，河北足球俱樂部全體員工發布公開信 ，表示“隻要河北隊能活下去 ，即日起希望無償為俱樂部踢球 ，直到俱樂部完成改革 ，走出困境”。球隊主帥金鍾夫和外援梅米舍維奇日前已經抵達中國 ，並開始接受集中隔離醫學觀察 。就此情況判斷 ，河北隊大概率參加第二階段比賽 。
同樣深陷財務危機的廣州隊目前則在鄭智的帶領下自發進行訓練，但高拉特已經離開，阿蘭也返回巴西 ，即使如期參賽 ，廣州隊也僅能以殘陣出戰 。
在保級組方麵 ，重慶兩江競技一線隊本月也已停訓放假。11月20日 ，重慶隊球員發布聯名公開信向各界求助 。雖然在外界看來 ，重慶隊最終應能參加保級組比賽，但球隊的狀態難以預計 ，能否順利保級仍是未知數 。
不論是爭冠組的廣州隊 、河北隊 ，還是保級組的重慶兩江競技 ，這3支深陷困境的球隊在聯賽第二階段展現出的麵貌值得關注，畢竟他們麵對的不僅是競技場 ，還有需要全力爭取的自救希望。
