天津津門虎主教練於根偉日前在接受采訪時表示 ，于根员外援充希望引進的伟津球員對事業有更多的追求，而不是门虎满對其他方麵考慮更多 。
受王秋明到隊跟隨訓練 、内援楊帆有可能租借加盟的更多消息影響 ，津門虎新賽季陣容組建的考虑事情頗受各方關注 。於根偉表示 ：“我們今年考慮多引進U23以下的球确定甚至更年輕球員 ，讓球隊的于根员外援充年齡結構更趨於年輕化 、合理化 。伟津轉會市場看好的门虎满球員不一定能來 ，引進的内援球員也是要對事業有更多的追求 ，而不是更多說對其他方麵考慮更多，這種球員更適合這支球隊 ，考虑也是球确定我們所希望引進的目標。”
對於外援引入的于根员外援充進度問題 ，於根偉說 ：“一直按部就班推動這項工作 ，因為疫情的原因 ，外援引進工作不到最後一刻 ，沒有登機 、落地，都有不確定性 ，所有手續都具備了 ，在登機前48小時核酸檢測一旦出現問題 ，還是完成不了這筆交易 ，所以我們現在比較謹慎。廣大球迷放心 ，我們在去年聯賽結束前就已經開始物色合適人選 ，進展比較順利 ，就等最後一刻能不能順利抵達，因為疫情緣故 ，歐洲很多航班還是熔斷的 。”
從上述話中可以解讀出一些信息 ：津門虎外援引進工作順利 、外援來自歐洲 、正在等待入境 。如果更全麵的判斷 ，今年新外援將更符合津門虎的需求 。
