現年35歲的效力馬克-米利甘在職業生涯中已經打了330多場比賽 ，最早的申花一次已經可以追溯到2002年 ，當時他代表Northern Spirit ，场球征戰澳大利亞的利亚“old National Soccer League” 。

馬克-米利甘1985年8月4日出生於澳大利亞悉尼 ，身高178公分的他場上司職防守型中場 ，2009年 ，他曾經來到中超效力於上海申花，代表球隊出場25次 ，貢獻了1粒進球 。此後他還曾經加盟墨爾本勝利 、阿爾阿赫利等球隊 ，2006-2019年期間一直都是澳大利亞國家隊的成員 ，共代表澳大利亞隊出場80次 ，貢獻了6粒進球 。在澳超聯賽當中，馬克-米利甘戰功赫赫，他曾經效力於四家A級俱樂部——悉尼足球俱樂部、紐卡斯爾噴氣機隊 、墨爾本勝利隊和麥克阿瑟隊 ，還是2015年喬-馬斯頓獎章獲得者 。
下個賽季 ，馬克-米利甘將會加盟麥克阿瑟教練組 。
