北京時間5月8日，欧足歐足聯官方宣布與退出歐超的联对曼城 、切爾西 、退欧提求曼聯 、超队利物浦 、再参熱刺 、授权阿森納 、比赛馬競 、罚亿國米和米蘭9隊達成和解，欧足並對這9隊提出了相應要求 。联对如果球隊之後再參加未經歐足聯授權的退欧提求比賽 ，將麵臨1億歐的超队巨額罰款 。
要求如下 ：
無保留地承認並接受歐足聯章程的再参約束；
在獲得參賽資格的情況下 ，繼續參加每個賽季的授权歐足聯俱樂部比賽；
重新加入歐洲俱樂部協會 ，歐洲俱樂部協會是比赛歐足聯認可的唯一代表機構；
行使所有力量終止與成立和運營歐超聯賽的所有公司的合作 ，停止任何現有的相關法律行動；
為了表達誠意 ，這些俱樂部將和其他俱樂部一起捐贈總計1500萬歐元 ，用於包括英國在內的歐洲各地當地社區的兒童 、青少年和草根足球建設；
將被扣繳一個賽季的歐足聯俱樂部比賽收入的5% ，這些收入將進行重新分配；
如果試圖參加未授權的比賽 ，則同意處以1億歐元的高額罰款。如違反其他俱樂部承諾宣言條款 ，則罰款5000萬歐；
將向歐足聯進行承諾 ，接受歐足聯和歐洲俱樂部協會簽訂的2019年諒解備忘錄中規定的所有原則和價值觀；
此外，歐足聯表示 ，將保留對那些迄今為止拒絕放棄所謂“超級聯賽”的俱樂部采取任何適當行動的權利 ，並且已經將此事立即提交給歐足聯紀律委員會。
