3月22日 ，曝级據足球記者消息 ，联赛中國足協將於3月23日公布新賽季3級職業聯賽俱樂部準入名單 。各两公布按照最新掌握的支球准入消息 ，中超 、通过中甲 、名单中乙各有兩支球隊未通過 。为准

據北青報此前公布消息 ，各两公布直到3月21日 ，支球准入仍有報道稱 ，通过江蘇足球俱樂部在停運後依然在多方尋找有意向的名单投資人接手球隊 。蘇寧方麵雖然做了非常大的为准努力和讓步 ，除了零轉讓零兌價外，曝级他們還承諾將承擔相關債務 ，並支付了部分俱樂部人員的薪資和補償金 ，但轉讓談判至今仍未成功。考慮到規則的嚴肅性及維護聯賽準入工作公平 、公正的必要性，中國足協與職業聯盟籌備組不可能無限期等待 。在這種情況下 ，蘇寧無法獲得新賽季準入資格幾成定局 。
截止到22日下午 ，中國足協並沒有公開具體有哪些俱樂部無法獲得新賽季職業聯賽準入資格 。但據了解，目前基本確認無法通過準入關的俱樂部共有6家 。
