曹睿1981年10月2日出生於江蘇南京 。苏队作為江蘇本土培養出的南通優秀球員 ，曹睿自幼便進入南京鼓樓一中接受培訓 ，支云主帅曾担助教一路踢到了江蘇省隊 ，官方並成為江蘇隊的宣布主力球員 。
2000賽季曹睿從江蘇舜天開啟了自己的曹睿出任職業生涯 。同年3月30日 ，任江司職前腰的苏队曹睿在對陣青島海利豐的甲B聯賽中完成了職業首秀 。從2000年到2012年 ，南通在為期12年的球員生涯中 ，曹睿總計代表江蘇隊出場147場 ，並打入3粒進球 。
退役之後 ，曹睿選擇了繼續留隊 ，並從基層的隊務做起 ，取經學習 。2013年，年僅31歲的曹睿便成為了江蘇舜天預備隊教練 。2014賽季 ，曹睿進入江蘇隊教練組 ，並在上賽季以助理教練的身份拿到了中國足球頂級聯賽的最高榮譽。
曹睿堅持終身學習理念 ，為人穩重 ，幽默風趣 ，且集體觀念強，是江蘇本土新生代教練中的佼佼者。曹指導十分具有親和力 ，能夠和隊員們形成默契 。此次雙方攜手，相信年輕而充滿無限可能的南通支雲 ，也將會賦予曹指導大展拳腳的廣闊舞台 ，為南通足球贏得更多榮耀！
目前 ，支雲狼兵們在曹睿指導的帶領下 ，開始全力備戰聯賽第三階段的賽事 。
