從11月18日飛抵上海至今 ，记者佳中國隊回國時間已超過1周。推荐在蘇州封閉隔離期間，李玮练培球隊依然堅持正常訓練 。锋邵副领但在國足平靜備戰的国足同時 ，外界有關李鐵言行的队郑非議卻聲浪滔天 。對於李鐵極有可能下課的智作傳聞 ，以及換帥之後未來的为年走向 ，前國足跟隊記者徐江也發表了自己的轻教看法 ：
國足換帥的同時，希望足協高層也要認真審視這次12強賽的记者佳教訓 。作為足協一把手領導 ，推荐要做到人盡其用 。李玮练培比如國家隊12強賽以及奧運會女足比賽 ，锋邵副领是国足否集合了全部力量 ，為隊伍所用 。队郑
足協高層目前兩位副主席 ，高洪波和孫雯 ，一個是本土教練帶國足經曆經驗最豐富的人，一個是女足當之無愧的第一人 。但兩大主席同時都在男女足的比賽中不見身影 。
國足12強賽，女足奧運會 ，高洪波和孫雯都沒有隨隊出征 ，這是不是足協資源的一種不合理使用 。
高洪波有過帶隊參加亞洲杯的經驗 ，40強賽和12強賽的經驗 ，他也是個善於總結反思學習的人 ，他的經驗對於中國足球是財富 ，足協方麵應該更好的利用 。
此外，在國家隊管理層 ，除了足協駐隊的領隊 ，還應該配置有國腳經曆的副領隊 。這個副領隊的職責是疏導球員心理 ，對媒體解讀球隊內部情況，技戰術變化 ，傷病 ，球員相關數據 。比如德國隊2014世界杯 ，比埃爾霍夫就是這個角色 ，舍甫琴科也做過烏克蘭國家隊的領隊 。
我們國足 ，我推薦兩個人選 ，李瑋鋒或者邵佳一，李瑋鋒一直活躍為中超一線 ，當過管理層 ，做過教練，跟媒體關係良好，語言表達也不錯 。
鄭智也不錯 ，更可以當做年輕教練去培養！
