晨報訊（半島晨報 、李建39度視頻記者隋海濤） 中國足協20日公布了紀委會新近開出的滨至罰單 ，成都蓉城隊員李建濱因辱罵裁判 ，今共被禁賽10場 ，吃红次罰款10萬元 。黄被這是追罚本賽季開賽以來最重的一張罰單 ，一般情況下 ，控制恐影也很難會有比這更嚴厲的情绪處罰 。
球員違紀行為發生在大連賽區 ，响生16日 ，李建中甲第五輪南通支雲與成都蓉城的滨至比賽在大連足球青訓基地進行 。第84分鍾 ，今共李建濱辱罵並將替補席背心拋向裁判員，吃红次“造成不良社會影響” 。黄被足協紀委會依照《紀律準則》第54條 、追罚第48條之規定，對李建濱給予停賽10場 、罰款10萬元的處罰 。第54條的內容是“對比賽官員實施不當行為” ，第48條則是“從重處罰” ，其中明確指出 ，“在替補席上的人員違規違紀的”，屬於應從重處罰的情形 ，李建濱正是符合了這一條 。
這已經不是李建濱第一次如此衝動了。據統計 ，從2015賽季至今 ，他先後6次染紅，被出示22張黃牌 ，被追加處罰2次 。2017賽季申花與上港一戰中 ，他飛鏟奧斯卡 ，被足協禁賽3場 。2019賽季大連人與武漢隊的比賽中，他在哨響後把球踢到李行身上 ，被紅牌罰下 ，並被足協追加處罰禁賽4場 。現在轉戰中甲，李建濱再受重罰，如果不能控製好自己的情緒 ，會給他的足球生涯帶來很大影響 。
