17.最後放進麵包屑中 ，晃動容器 ，均勻沾裹上一層麵包屑；
18.裹好後的丸子靜置20分鍾 ，讓麵包屑牢牢粘在丸子上；
19.起油鍋 ，至油溫6 、7成熱時 ，下入丸子；
20.炸至表麵金黃酥脆 ，撈出瀝油；
21.放在吸油紙上 ，吸吸多餘的油脂 ，裝盤上桌——
