比賽第87分鍾 ，满判骂裁巴薩後衛阿爾巴在禁區內爭頂時手臂碰到球，罚辱但主裁判埃爾南德斯沒有判罰點球 ，判染VAR也沒有介入 。红或這引發了埃爾切全隊的遭禁抗議，坐在替補席上的切球中場球員帕斯托雷更是對著主裁判埃爾南德斯大罵“你這個**養的” ，之後帕斯托雷因此被紅牌罰下 。满判骂裁
值得一提的罚辱是，就在第81分鍾 ，埃爾切後衛巴拉甘在禁區內手球被判點球 。當時巴拉甘在解圍時把球踢在德佩身上 ，球反彈回來後碰到了巴拉甘的手臂 。主裁判埃爾南德斯一開始也沒有判罰點球 ，但隨後VAR介入，埃爾南德斯改判了點球 ，巴薩罰進這個點球2-1領先 。埃爾切方麵認為，既然巴拉甘的這次手球判了點球，那麽按照相同的判罰標準 ，阿爾巴隨後的手球也應該是點球 。
埃爾切主帥弗朗西斯科賽後表示 ：“主裁判對阿爾巴的手球未判點球沒有進行解釋 ，VAR也沒有介入 。想要戰勝巴薩需要全麵占據優勢 。”埃爾切前鋒米利亞則在社交媒體上發布了阿爾巴手球瞬間的截圖，並嘲諷稱 ：“自然的手球 ！西班牙諺語沒說錯 ：不會哭的孩子就沒媽媽哄 。”
《阿斯報》透露 ，埃爾切球員帕斯托雷辱罵裁判的行為還被寫進了裁判的比賽報告中。主裁判埃爾南德斯在比賽報告中表示 ：“帕斯托雷被紅牌罰下的原因是 ：他對我說‘**養的’ ，這被第四裁判聽到了 。”裁判專家伊圖拉爾德指出 ，根據規則，帕斯托雷可能因為辱罵裁判被禁賽4至11場比賽 。
