3月14日至19日 ，世界羽聯巡回賽超級1000賽事——2023全英羽毛球公開賽將在英國伯明翰舉行，中國羽毛球隊派出全主力陣容參賽 。來自福建泉州著名運動員 、東京奧運會冠軍黃東萍將再次與00後馮彥哲搭檔，出征混雙項目 。

一年一度的全英羽毛球公開賽是曆史最悠久 、最負盛名的羽毛球大賽之一，其冠軍含金量僅次於奧運會、世錦賽 ，共設置男單、女單 、男雙 、女雙及混雙等5個項目 ，不設資格賽 ，隻有排名世界前32位的選手或組合方有資格參賽 。去年全英公開賽，中國隊雖然在5項中有4項進入四強 ，但隻有王懿律/黃東萍拿到決賽門票 ，“黃鴨”組合最終在金牌戰中負於日本組合渡邊勇大/東野有紗 。
