談到自己的远离家鄉球隊克羅地亞 ，比利奇表示：“克羅地亞在歐洲杯達到了最低標準 ，和质我們畢竟小組出線了 ，量都但是不足大家對於克羅地亞的期望還是很高的，但是国安考慮到我們和西班牙 ，也是主帅最激動的一場比賽，總體來說表現說得過去 。赛程伤病数量”談到冠軍意大利隊 ，密集比利奇表示 ：“他們沒有超級巨星 ，希望但是远离全隊都很團結，特別是抱在一起唱國歌的時候 ，能看得出他們是一個團隊 ，他們可能從曼奇尼主帥身上得到的東西 。”
隨後談到國安隊接下來的聯賽 ，比利奇直言 ：“三天一場比賽 ，這個情況是很困難的 ，我之前甚至沒有碰到過這樣的情況 ，之前在英國有過13天打5場比賽 ，我們這次要在7月份炎熱的天氣下打密集的比賽 ，會盡量想辦法 ，而且希望不要有傷病 。目前碰到的好的和壞的消息都有 ，壞的消息是有的隊員回不來，對於我們比較高的目標（爭冠）來說，人員的數量和質量都不太夠 。好消息是我們國家隊的球員跟國家隊一起獲得了很積極的結果 ，他們回來後很有信心 ，比過去更強大了 ，他們也是很自豪 ，在很積極的狀態之下 。”
