4月27日 ，山西龍晉足球俱樂部發布了一份有關俱樂部退出職業聯賽的生中赛保公告 。上麵寫道 ，乙联俱樂部目前不欠薪 ，证金足协退出隻因無法在規定時間內交付60萬元的典型刀切參賽保證金。對此 ，拆东體育評論員韓喬生也發表了自己的墙补看法 ：
踢比賽 ，你得交保證金 。西墙這是韩乔近兩年足協專門設置在中乙聯賽的規定，目的生中赛保是為了避免俱樂部額運營工作由於財務問題 ，在賽季中半途而廢 。乙联
2019年是证金足协150萬 ，2020年疫情爆發後 ，典型刀切這條規則就沒有了 。拆东現在中國足球重建又出來了 。墙补
很顯然 ，這條規則就是典型的一刀切 ：隻要交60萬 ，就能夠踢球，就能代表俱樂部整個運營還算健康 。至於有沒有錢發工資那是另一回事了 。
因為還有這個欠薪準入的政策來兜底 ，中國足協這種拆東牆補西牆的處理處理問題的辦法 ，短期內也許有效果，單從長遠來看 ，真的不利於中國足球的發展。
