C羅和梅西這兩位當今足壇“絕代雙驕”誰更強是一個見仁見智的問題，也是尔钦諸多名宿爭論不休的話題 。近日，罗勤力但历史馬競中場大將薩烏爾在電競主播的奋努直播中便談到了這一話題 ，他表示自己非常欽佩C羅的梅西勤奮努力，但梅西才是现役世界最佳球員 ，也是最佳曆史最佳球員 。
薩烏爾說道 ：“對現代足球來說，萨乌梅西無疑是尔钦世界最佳球員 。那些年紀超過40歲的罗勤力但历史人可能會說他們心中的世界最佳球員是馬拉多納 、貝利或者迪斯蒂法諾 。奋努但是梅西 ，我認為足球在不斷向前發展 ，现役梅西不僅僅是最佳現役的世界最佳球員 ，也是萨乌曆史最佳球員 。我欽佩C羅的勤奮努力 ，但在技術層麵上 ，梅西是無與倫比的 。足球的發展讓我們有了很多優勢 ，和過去的條件相比，變化真的太大了 。我見到過我的父親在埃爾切效力時穿的球靴 ，我很難想象他是如何穿著這樣的鞋子參加比賽的。”
當被問及最難防守的球員時 ，薩烏爾回答道：“對我來說，內馬爾是一對一過程中最難防守的人。他剛來到西班牙時身體較瘦弱 ，但他現在很強壯，而且速度很快 ，擅長在狹小空間裏閃轉騰挪。在限製內馬爾方麵 ，我和胡安弗蘭（馬競球員）都吃了不少苦頭 。”薩烏爾同時談到了皇馬前鋒維尼修斯 ：“他的速度很快 ，而且能夠打破比賽平衡 ，他在場上無所畏懼 。”
