新京報訊（記者 周蕭）北京時間10月9日晚，李铁中國男足國家隊順利抵達沙特阿拉伯的客战苦赛吉達駐地酒店 。待球隊通過核酸檢測後 ，沙特就將開啟對沙特隊的比赛備戰 。
在阿聯酋沙迦結束與越南隊的将极12強賽第3輪比賽後，國足首發 、为艰替補隊員於次日進行了恢複訓練 ，后国其他球員則在教練組帶領下正常進行訓練 。国内北京時間10月9日傍晚 ，李铁球隊離開沙迦駐地前往機場 ，客战苦赛奔赴沙特阿拉伯 。沙特
據國家隊官方介紹，比赛球隊抵達後直接前往駐地酒店，将极並立即在酒店進行核酸檢測，为艰按要求隔離等待檢測結果 。后国檢測結果出爐後 ，“鐵家軍”將開始備戰訓練 ，由於本場比賽將於北京時間13日淩晨打響 ，備戰時間並不充裕 。
客場與沙特隊的比賽將是中國男足12強賽開賽以來最嚴峻考驗——沙特隊狀態出色 ，已經收獲12強賽小組賽三連勝，且主場允許觀眾進場觀賽 ，球迷氛圍熱烈，國足將體驗到前3輪小組賽未經曆過的比賽氛圍 。
國家隊主教練李鐵坦承，與沙特隊的比賽將極為艱苦，但在驚險擊敗越南隊後 ，球隊的自信心也有所提升 。當地時間10月13日，國足將啟程回國 ，球隊也將力爭為這次特殊的長期境外備戰 、比賽拚下相對理想的收尾 。
