北京時間4月5日 ，此前有報道稱 ，家暴上海申花俱樂部前外援弗雷迪-瓜林（Fredy Guarin）涉嫌毆打家人遭到警方逮捕 ，遭逮尊重據外國媒體“football-italia”報道，捕传瓜林打破了沉默 ，实消回應稱這些都是息请不實報道 ，希望外界能給自己和家人一些尊重 。瓜林
在被報道稱因為毆打假人而被逮捕後的家暴第三天 ，國際米蘭前中場瓜林在個人社交媒體主頁上打破了沉默 ：“我要向我的遭逮尊重家人 、我的捕传朋友 、我的实消粉絲 、我的息请隊友和俱樂部管理層表示永遠的感謝 ，感謝他們對我目前的瓜林個人和家庭狀況的支持和無條件支持 。關於在社交媒體上流傳的家暴關於發生的事情的版本，我想澄清一下關於我的遭逮尊重家人的說法是不正確的 。我請大家尊重他們 ，尤其是對我的孩子 ，這些孩子不應該承受我的公開曝光或我的行為所造成的後果 。現在我正在麵臨著艱難的時刻 ，但是我確信 ，在上帝以及那些相信和認識我的人的幫助下 ，我將贏得這場’比賽’ 。我非常感謝所有鼓勵的信息 ，這些信息給了我逐漸變好的希望 。”
