Harlso -- full name Harley, from Belfast, Northern Ireland -- has been steadily accumulating followers on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for awhile now.
"He just has the flattest head," Paul Lavery, who owns Harlso along with his partner Jennifer Scott, told the BBC. "He can't do any normal tricks, sit or anything. Balancing things on his head is the only thing he can do."
Well he can certainly do that well, at least. And he clearly doesn't like other dogs muscling in on his turf:
