婁佳惠綜合能力突出，惠王红果2017年在河南球類中心任職女足成年隊主教練，飞朱2021年作為執行主教練兼球員，加盟江率領河南建業女足保級成功 ，武汉並在關鍵場次進球 ，车谷為河南女足立下汗馬功勞 。
婁佳惠在足球運動方麵有很好的天賦 ，2006年 ，她成為U16全國足球錦標賽最佳射手 。2007年 ，她獲得亞少賽第四名和亞青賽第三名 、全國女子青年足球賽最佳射手 、最佳球員 ，並入選國家隊 。2008年，她隨隊奪得女足亞洲杯亞軍。
2015年 ，婁佳惠以12球榮膺女甲聯賽最佳射手與最佳球員 。2016年，她隨中國女足征戰裏約奧運會 。2019年 ，她隨中國女足征戰法國世界杯 ，同年獲得第七屆軍運會女足亞軍 。2022年 ，她以出色的表現，幫助中國女足奪得亞洲杯冠軍 。

2015年效力於德國波茨坦渦輪機俱樂部，成為中國女足登陸德甲第一人 。2016年效力大連權健足球俱樂部 ，2017年底加盟德國拜仁慕尼黑女足 ，並身披1號戰袍。2021賽效力於女甲天津聖德女足效力並擔任隊長。

歸國後 ，先後效力於陝西大秦女足和重慶永川萊茵達女足等多支女超 、女甲球隊 。2021賽季 ，擔任重慶永川萊茵達女足隊長 ，並在多個場次中獲得進球 ，幫助球隊取得勝利 。
