北京時間5月27日 ，中乙争议從中國足協相關部門傳出消息 ，国青針對中乙第三輪青島海牛與國青隊比賽中的点球爭議點球 ，中國足協裁判部門經過反複核實之後 ，判罚確認這個點球為誤判，相关相關部門將對本場比賽的裁判主裁判胡豫鑫和第一助理裁判楊楠進行內部處罰 ，預計兩人將被停哨數輪。被内部停
5月26日進行的中乙争议中乙第3輪比賽，U20國青vs青島海牛 。国青上半場第13分鍾 ，点球許嘉俊為青島海牛打破僵局 ，判罚隨後海牛隊一直保持比分上的相关領先 ，不過全場比賽第90分鍾 ，裁判國青隊中路發起進攻 ，被内部停傳球時打中了青島海牛後衛球員的中乙争议手部 ，裁判隨即判罰點球 ，艾熱西丁主罰命中完成絕平 。
但從視頻來看 ，海牛隊後衛當時在禁區之外 ，距離禁區還有至少1米左右的距離，按照規則 ，國青隊最多能夠獲得一個禁區前的任意球。裁判的點球判罰 ，直接毀掉了青島海牛隊全場比賽的努力 。
職業聯盟裁判部門經過複核之後 ，認為這個球第一邊裁楊楠和主裁判胡豫鑫負有主要責任 ，兩人因而將受到內部停哨處罰 。另有消息稱，主裁判胡豫鑫第一時間原本打算判罰任意球 ，但因為觀察角度不好 ，最終選擇尊重邊裁的意見 ，判罰了點球 。
這個判罰視頻在社交媒體上發酵之後，因為誤判太過明顯，也引發了外界的一致吐槽 ，一些觀點認為 ，足協故意縱容裁判在比賽中偏袒國青隊 。中國足協承受了比較大的輿論壓力 。此次中國足協對外公開對於當值裁判的處罰決定，也是為了以正視聽 ，表明中國足協的態度 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
