盡管多特蒙德此前宣布不打算在今夏出售哈蘭德 ，阿圭但《每日體育報》認為哈蘭德的合同對於多特蒙德來說很不利 。因為哈蘭德在明年夏天就可以通過支付違約金轉會 ，違約金數額為7500萬歐元 ，如果今夏多特蒙德放人的話 ，則可以獲得破億的轉會費。而當下多特蒙德的財政情況也不容樂觀 ，大黃蜂可能最終改變不放人的決定。
而巴薩此前在收購登貝萊時就知道多特蒙德擁有強硬的態度 ，未來哈蘭德的轉會費不會低於1.25億歐元 ，這對於財力不佳的巴薩是個挑戰 。但紅藍軍團未來可能會出售一個頂級球員，以此套現來收購挪威前鋒。
不過引進哈蘭德還存在很大的變數，巴薩在中鋒引援的問題上也是多線出擊 。未來曼城將在月底與切爾西打響歐冠決賽 ，待到決賽結束後 ，巴薩會宣布阿圭羅加盟 。《每日體育報》表示阿圭羅將會和巴薩簽約2年 ，而考慮到巴薩的財政狀況 ，阿圭羅願意降薪。巴薩簽約阿圭羅不僅是一個中鋒位置上的人員補充，其戰略意義是希望以此加速梅西和巴薩續約 。
同時《每日體育報》還透露阿圭羅加盟並不意味著德佩無緣巴薩 ，未來荷蘭前鋒也可能降薪加盟巴薩 ，但影響德佩是否能夠成功登陸諾坎普的一個關鍵因素是科曼能否留任 。
