“一個人會踢球和一個會踢球的更多人是完全不一樣的 ，一個人會踢球是人热人說首先這個人可能是你 、可能是我、也可能是她 ，是一個醫生 、是一個服務員或者是一個開車的司機 ，但是他們都會踢球，而且踢得也是有模有樣的那種 。

我們需要更多的人去真正熱愛這個運動 ，隻有這樣我們才能湧現出更多會踢球的人 ，你看西班牙 ，餐廳服務員 、出租車司機 ，我碰到好幾次都是以前小的時候踢過球 ，但最後因為競爭激烈或者怎麽樣 ，就去從事別的工作了 。
這些人會去看球 ，沒時間的話收音機全是足球 ，如果我們也能像這樣的話 ，整個環境肯定是越來越好 。就像我們公園的大爺大媽 ，乒乓球打得很好 ，不一定職業球員才叫會 ，早上吃飯餐廳的爺爺奶奶看報紙全是足球 。”
