北京時間7月1日 ，曼联據《太陽報》 、协议《每日郵報》 、只差《Goal》等英國媒體報道 ，体检曼聯已經敲定多特球星桑喬的官宣轉會交易，桑喬將以7300萬鎊+浮動條款的敲定签桑乔达方式加盟老特拉福德 ，雙方將簽訂一份為期5年的曼联合同 。
據轉會專家羅馬諾透露 ，协议桑喬加盟曼聯的只差交易已經確定 ，紅魔最終願意滿足多特方麵7300萬鎊的体检要價。曼聯和桑喬將簽訂一份為期5年 ，官宣周薪為35萬鎊的敲定签桑乔达合同 ，而他在多特的曼联周薪隻為10萬鎊 。這一消息也得到了英國名宿萊因克爾的协议確認。
羅馬諾在社交平台上寫道 ：“桑喬將加盟曼聯 ，我們拭目以待 ！轉會已經敲定 ，曼聯和多特已經達成協議 。9000萬歐元外加附加條款 。經紀人傭金和個人條款也已經達成協議 ，合同會簽至2026年 。體檢還未進行 ，之後就會官宣 。”
