北京時間8月10日，英超疫情英超官方給出疫情通報 ，通报在8月2日至8月8日期間 ，人参球員以及俱樂部相關工作人員共計3118人接受了兩輪核酸檢測 ，检轮其中9例為陽性。核酸
根據醫療保健方麵的共计檢測規定 ，英超聯賽將在本賽季進行橫向流動測試 ，例阳任何檢測呈陽性的英超疫情人都將接受PCR檢測以確認結果 。
英超方麵本著公平公正公開的通报原則提供了以上信息 ，但不會提供任何關於俱樂部或是人参個人的具體細節 。
