新京報訊（記者 周蕭）22日下午 ，宝固帮助國足進行了本期上海集訓的定中第二堂公開課 。在訓練前接受媒體采訪時 ，后卫於大寶和李昂兩名後防大將表示 ，位置球隊正在為了進入12強賽的希望一致目標做著各方麵努力 。
作為國足隊長 ，入籍融入蒿俊閔因傷缺席本期集訓 ，国足在前一天的宝固帮助首堂訓練課開始前 ，李鐵專門與於大寶和吳曦進行交流 。定中於大寶透露：“這個階段隊長蒿俊閔沒來 ，后卫主教練希望我和吳曦能起到老隊員的位置帶頭作用 。”從訓練課情況看 ，希望國足目前隊內氛圍良好 ，入籍融入於大寶也起到了“催化劑”的国足作用——他和入籍球員們沒有語言障礙 ，可以用葡萄牙語和英語交流 。宝固帮助
於大寶表示：“不管是入籍球員還是中方球員 ，我希望球隊能在好的氛圍中團結備戰 。我希望幫助他們盡快融入球隊 ，他們很多人在中國踢了很久了，（融入球隊）這方麵沒問題。”
在北京國安隊 ，於大寶的位置早就由前鋒改為中後衛 ，李鐵在國家隊會將他安排在哪個位置 ？於大寶笑稱 ：“這兩年我一直在踢後衛 ，不管是國家隊還是俱樂部，基本固定下來是中後衛了 。”
作為主教練 ，李鐵對於防線同樣有著嚴格要求 。李昂透露 ，主教練要求後防線首先要明白自己位置的重要性，另外要注意場上的彼此呼應和協防 。至於蔣光太缺席本期訓練是否會給國足防線的磨合帶來影響 ，李昂表示 ：“傷病是未知因素 ，不管到時候誰來踢 ，大家都會堅決執行主教練的戰術安排，球隊對這些情況都有相應預案 。”值得一提的是 ，李鐵對“多麵手”更為青睞 ，李昂也在每天磨煉著自己的任意球技能 。
經曆了去年的“無比賽年”後 ，國足長時間的練兵將在70多天後迎來40強賽的檢驗 。和去年相比，本期國足集訓吸引了更多球迷 、媒體的關注，於大寶和李昂都發現了氛圍的變化，國腳們可以感受到外界對國足比賽的期待，所以也更要去努力打好40強賽最後4場比賽 ，實現進入12強賽的目標 。
