隨後，歐足聯宣布暫停對皇馬 、巴薩和尤文圖斯的紀律調查程序 ，這就意味著這三支球隊可以參加下賽季歐冠 。近日 ，西班牙科貝電台曝光了歐足聯給皇馬 、巴薩和尤文圖斯的信函，歐足聯明確表示 ，這三支球隊獲準參加2021-2022賽季歐冠聯賽以及青年歐冠聯賽 。
歐足聯在信函中指出：“你方俱樂部符合歐足聯2021-2022賽季監管條例的準入要求，可以注冊參加2021-2022賽季歐冠和青年歐冠聯賽 。”此外，科貝電台表示，一旦文件被送到各協會 ，此決定即確認為最終決定 。
