由於此番前往沙迦隻是面还短期內的兩場比賽 ，不是長期集訓 ，滿打滿算時間就在10天左右 ，因此球隊不需要像上次那樣帶著30多名球員去 。而幾名此前未獲得出場機會的球員也能盡快返回各自俱樂部 ，備戰聯賽 。
但“因家庭原因離隊”的理由還是遭遇網友吐槽 ，不知國足上下是為了保全幾位國腳的麵子 ，還是真的事出有因 ？

11月4日 ，中國國家男子足球隊全體順利完成回國後的集中隔離和健康監測 ，迎來兩天短暫休整 。
在完成集中隔離和健康監測後，郭田雨 、韋世豪 、王上源 、尹鴻博因家庭原因離隊 ，高準翼也因傷病原因不能隨隊出征 。
臨別之際 ，5名隊員為隊友們送上了祝福 ，希望大家帶上他們的勝利信念一起出征 ，努力取得理想成績。大家也期待著他們盡快處理完家庭事務 ，調整好身體狀態 ，重回隊伍與大家並肩作戰 。
7日淩晨 ，全隊26名球員將再度出征阿聯酋沙迦 ，備戰並參加11月份的兩場十二強賽，武磊則將在第一場比賽前在沙迦與隊伍會合 。
