哈蘭德今夏將成為轉會市場的德媒焦點人物 ，多支豪門對哈蘭德展開爭奪戰 ，签哈財大氣粗的兰德曼城被認為在爭奪戰中處於領先的位置 ，但是总成這筆重磅引援肯定要花費巨資 ，曼城能否負擔得起引進哈蘭德的本超費用 ，也還是亿欧佣金未知數 。據德國媒體《圖片報》的可达消息 ，如果算上哈蘭德的德媒轉會費（違約金） 、工資、签哈經紀人傭金等各項費用 ，兰德簽下哈蘭德的总成俱樂部至少要支出3.55億歐元 。
《圖片報》分析稱 ，本超哈蘭德的亿欧佣金違約金是7500萬歐元 ，外加1000萬歐元的可达附加條款 ，轉會總價最高達到8500萬歐元 ，德媒而附加條款中的1000萬歐元 ，實際上是當作傭金支付給經紀人拉伊奧拉 。
其次 ，哈蘭德團隊要求年薪達到4000萬歐元左右 ，如果雙方簽下一份為期五年的合同 ，單就工資這部分支出 ，就已經達到2億歐元，並且還不包括奪冠獎金 、獲得金球獎以及個人榮譽部分的獎金 。
此外 ，經紀人傭金也是很一大筆數目 。哈蘭德的父親將會收到大約3000萬歐元的傭金 ，這部分費用可能會分期支付 。而經紀人拉伊奧拉除了從多特方麵拿到1000萬歐元的傭金以外 ，他還要求簽下哈蘭德的俱樂部另外支付4000萬歐元傭金 。
結合哈蘭德的轉會費 、年薪、經紀人傭金等各項費用，簽下哈蘭德的俱樂部將至少花費3.55億歐元 。對於財大氣粗的曼城來說 ，恐怕也難以承擔如此巨額開銷 。《圖片報》表示 ，哈蘭德目前還沒有決定加盟曼城 ，而皇馬也沒有放棄簽下哈蘭德。此外 ，巴薩 、拜仁等豪門也對哈蘭德虎視眈眈 。
