北京時間11月28日 ，據英媒《鏡報》的将接己消息 ，即將接手曼聯的受朗朗尼克將會給球隊裏的球員進行一次測試 ，C羅同樣需要證明自己能擁有90分鍾內持續施壓的尼克能力。
在朗尼克接手曼聯主帥以後 ，考察他將會給曼聯的需证訓練製度以及比賽風格帶來很大的改變 ，他要求他的明自球員在球場上向對手施加更大的壓力 。《鏡報》表示 ，逼抢C羅也需要他能證明自己能滿足朗尼克的英媒要求 。
據悉 ，将接己朗尼克還將在曼聯的受朗卡靈頓基地安裝一個倒計時鍾，以提升球員們的尼克緊迫感 。朗尼克要求球隊在失球8秒後將球奪回來 ，考察以便在10秒後創造快速進攻的需证機會。
