近日，四川九牛主帥李毅接受了足協杯官網的当年采訪 。李毅談到了自己麵對輿論時的年轻年心得體會 ，並表示有人調侃才說明有價值；李毅還表示 ，想不谢多當網紅比當教練掙的通舆多的多 ，但做那些東西感覺自己是侃感空的 ，在綠茵場他才感到無比興奮 。粉丝
對於如何麵對網絡輿論 ，李毅论调麵對嘲諷怎麽調整自己 ，当年李毅表示 ：“首先要有一個強大的年轻年內心 ，要不然你可能就熬不過輿論這一關。想不谢多當時還是通舆年輕啊 ，想不通啊 ，侃感為什麽同等在場上呢 ，粉丝別人的李毅论调一個失誤可能沒什麽 ，那我的一個失誤 ，尤其是當時在國家隊 ，那可能就是鋪天蓋地的，當時也在糾結這個事 。但是 ，很多東西還要自己去扛，自己去走，你走過就知道了，這個東西就是曆練嘛 ，你隻有經曆過這種 ，你才能練就這種強大的內心 。”
談到自己的網紅形象 ，李毅直言：“我覺得很正常 ，最起碼大家還知道你 ，如果大家都不調侃你了 ，可能你這個人也沒什麽價值了 ，所以也感謝這麽多年的粉絲啊 。其實做解說啊 、網紅啊 ，掙的要比當教練掙的多的多 ，但我感覺做那些東西自己是空的 ，我一旦上了足球場綠茵場 ，就無比興奮，我覺得這個可能才是我想要的 ，所以就毅然選擇做教練 ，看能不能為寒冷的中國足球帶來一點溫暖 。”
當被問到為什麽每場比賽都穿的這麽正式時 ，李毅笑言 ：“首先天冷不穿大衣凍啊 ，再一個你是一個形象，代表你的俱樂部 ，包括對待隊員也一樣 ，告訴大家你準備好了。”
