北京時間6月5日 ，背刺據ESPN消息 ，英超英超BIG6準備正式要求皇馬主席弗洛倫蒂諾解散運營歐超賽事的起诉公司 ，為這場鬧劇徹底劃上休止符，皇马BIG6也已告知了國米 、彻底米蘭和馬競這一決議。解散
此前鬧得沸沸揚揚的欧超歐超事件很有可能在歐足聯的強勢打擊之下苟延殘喘，卻因為內部矛盾最終走上絕路 。真反
歐足聯此前已經對宣布退出歐超的背刺9支球隊公布了處罰決定 ，而對於一直堅持著的英超皇馬、巴薩 、起诉尤文來說 ，皇马他們的彻底最終處罰決定反而一直是即將開啟狀態 ，並不排除直接將這三支球隊踢出歐冠 。解散
皇馬方麵則是一直堅持的態度，他們甚至反威脅向馬德裏法院遞上狀紙 ，狀告歐足聯無權幹涉歐超的成立與運營 。
現在這個僵局迎來了一個新的變化 ，ESPN稱 ，如果弗洛倫蒂諾拒絕解散歐超 ，英超BIG6將考慮提起訴訟。
弗洛倫蒂諾在收到該要求後，將有2到4周的時間召集創始俱樂部聯席會議 ，以決定是否最終終止歐超計劃 。
ESPN表示 ，英超BIG6這一訴訟計劃還是存在著一定的複雜性 ，因為並不清楚需要多少球隊同意才能解散歐超 ，而如果不通過法律程序 ，這一要求得到滿足的可能性也並不明朗。
