北京時間6月5日，背刺據ESPN消息 ，英超英超BIG6準備正式要求皇馬主席弗洛倫蒂諾解散運營歐超賽事的起诉公司 ，為這場鬧劇徹底劃上休止符，皇马BIG6也已告知了國米 、彻底米蘭和馬競這一決議 。解散

歐足聯此前已經對宣布退出歐超的背刺9支球隊公布了處罰決定 ，而對於一直堅持著的英超皇馬 、巴薩 、起诉尤文來說 ，皇马他們的彻底最終處罰決定反而一直是即將開啟狀態，並不排除直接將這三支球隊踢出歐冠 。解散
皇馬方麵則是一直堅持的態度 ，他們甚至反威脅向馬德裏法院遞上狀紙，狀告歐足聯無權幹涉歐超的成立與運營 。
現在這個僵局迎來了一個新的變化 ，ESPN稱，如果弗洛倫蒂諾拒絕解散歐超 ，英超BIG6將考慮提起訴訟。
弗洛倫蒂諾在收到該要求後 ，將有2到4周的時間召集創始俱樂部聯席會議，以決定是否最終終止歐超計劃 。
ESPN表示 ，英超BIG6這一訴訟計劃還是存在著一定的複雜性 ，因為並不清楚需要多少球隊同意才能解散歐超 ，而如果不通過法律程序 ，這一要求得到滿足的可能性也並不明朗。
