經與何塞·岡薩雷斯（José González）先生協商一致 ，大连即日起，人官任主何塞·岡薩雷斯先生正式出任大連人職業足球俱樂部一線隊主教練。宣何
何塞·岡薩雷斯1966年10月14日出生於西班牙 ，塞出帅已赛区球員時期先後效力過加迪斯 、解除即将进入馬洛卡 、隔离阿爾瓦賽特、大连巴列卡諾 、人官任主馬拉加等球隊 。宣何2001年開啟執教生涯 ，先後執教過西乙聯賽的加迪斯 、科爾多瓦 、穆爾西亞等球隊 ，以及西甲球隊阿爾瓦賽特、格拉納達和馬拉加隊 。
何塞先生與中國的足球之緣可追溯至1997年 ，當年他加盟甲A球隊天津三星 ，並在當賽季結束後宣布退役 。轉型為教練員的何塞先生 ，於2014-2015賽季出任中超北京國安隊助理教練 ，2017和2020賽季作為主教練分別執教北京國安隊和武漢卓爾隊 。
何塞先生及其教練團隊目前已解除隔離 ，將於近日抵達蘇州賽區與球隊會合 。何塞團隊對於中超聯賽十分熟悉 ，這有助於其在較短時間內帶領球隊做好新賽季備戰工作 。同時 ，何塞先生也將延續球隊此前的建設思路 ，給予年輕球員更多成長機會，為球隊的長遠發展積蓄力量 ，為大連足球築夢未來 。
