雖然球隊規定了假期結束的津门假期時間 ，但實際上最近這些天 ，虎两一直有提早歸隊以及家在天津的外援隊員在一起訓練 ，考慮到奧體中心體育場外場最近草皮狀況不太好 ，额外正在進行階段養護 ，多获俱樂部還專門為這些隊員安排了內場訓練的批半時間表 。除了體能教練胡裏奧兢兢業業地帶領隊員之外 ，个月新加盟的月中外援維吉諾維奇和同樣第一次來到天津的馬格諾也在訓練的隊伍當中 ，他們倆結伴行動 ，下旬已經多次被球迷們遇到。中国
按照球隊的津门假期規定 ，全員歸隊報到的虎两時間是今天中午前 ，實際上從前天開始 ，外援已經有家在外地的额外球員陸續返回 。聯賽第一階段後半程結束後 ，多获他們都是從蘇州賽區直接回家休假 ，提早一兩天歸隊，也是為了把在球隊新家裏屬於自己的“小窩”收拾妥當，同時熟悉環境。鑒於隊員們回到天津的航班 、火車時間表各不相同 ，俱樂部和球隊駐地一層的值班室 ，也有工作人員24小時在崗 ，並且提前把大家的房卡等都準備好 ，即便深夜抵達，也完全能夠第一時間安排妥當 。球隊駐地裏長長的走廊兩側 ，每個房間的門旁邊 ，“姓名牌”取代了房號 ，也會讓大家歸來的時候，有一種之前沒有的歸屬感 。
據了解 ，分別回匈牙利和法國度假的外援卡達爾 、伊洛基 ，他們倆比隊友們額外多獲批了半個月左右的假期 ，計劃將在9月中下旬啟程返回中國 ，然後接受14+7天的觀察隔離 。其實早在聯賽第一階段後半程中，津門虎俱樂部已經幫助他們倆協調、安排好了回家的各項事宜 ，盡管一切並不容易 ，甚至在全球疫情尚未結束的情況下 ，還要承擔一些不可控的潛在風險 ，但是主教練於根偉表示 ，非常理解他們想家的心情 ，客觀上兩個人也離家很久了 ，俱樂部方麵幫他們把後續事宜盡量處理細致 ，給他們一個假期 ，也有利於他們回來之後 ，精力充沛地投入到12月事關保級的第二階段比賽 。
