促進學生身心健康全麵發展 。中国踐行健康第一理念 ，青少球联實施學校體育和體教融合改革發展行動計劃 ，年足舉辦首屆中國青少年足球聯賽 ，教育举办籌備首屆全國學生（青年）運動會 。部年辦好成都第31屆世界大學生夏季運動會和晉江第18屆世界中學生夏季運動會 。首届赛啟動實施中國青少年健康教育行動計劃 ，中国繼續推進健康中國中小學健康促進專項行動 。青少球联強化高校學生體質健康促進工作 ，年足實現兒童青少年總體近視率比2021年下降0.5到1個百分點。教育举办實施全國健康學校和急救教育試點學校建設計劃 。部年完善大中小學相銜接的首届赛美育課程體係 ，強化美育教師隊伍建設 ，開展美育浸潤行動計劃 ，建設一批美育名師工作室 。舉辦全國第七屆中小學生藝術展演 ，啟動大中小學生藝術展演改革。推進中考美育改革試點 。推進大中小學勞動教育 ，全麵加強涉農高校耕讀教育，推進職業院校勞動教育 ，開展中小學生職業啟蒙教育。指導中小學勞動教育實驗區開展工作 ，持續開展大中小學生勞動素養發展狀況監測。加強和改進學生心理健康教育工作 ，實施學生心理健康促進計劃 ，做好科學識別 、實時預警 、專業谘詢和妥善應對 。
