記者陳永報道 3月26日 ，足协中冠俱樂部無錫信捷宣布 ，宽限中性名確定為無錫吳鉤足球俱樂部 。国安此前一天 ，情理其队3月25日，上讲申请北京中赫國安俱樂部變更為北京國安足球俱樂部 。得通目前中信的操作股份尚未退出 ，但中國足協給出了一個辦理期限 ，足协目前尚不知這個期限的宽限截止日期是多少 ，情理上來講 ，国安寬限是情理其队講得通的 ，其他俱樂部若有類似操作亦可申請 ，上讲申请但寬限是得通要有明確截止日期的，中國足協或在公布中超準入名單時公布 。操作
中國足協對中超 、足协中甲、中乙三級聯賽俱樂部中性名更改的具體規定主要有如下四點：1.俱樂部注冊官方名稱規範 ：行政區域+俱樂部名稱+足球俱樂部+企業組織形式 ，俱樂部名稱不能超過4個漢字；2.俱樂部報名簡稱或球隊名稱規範：行政區域+俱樂部名稱；名稱中不得含有其他法人或非法人組織名稱 ，不得使用非漢字；3.名稱中不得含有俱樂部任何股東 、關聯方或控製人字號、商號或品牌名稱 ，也不得用名稱相似或近似漢字詞組；4.如俱樂部股東具有非營利性法人教育機構或其下屬同名企業 ，經足協批準後可使用股東名稱或簡稱作為俱樂部名稱 。
隨著北京國安中性名的確定，中超（準中超）球隊的中性名已全部確定，現隻剩部分中甲 、中乙球隊的改名還沒完成。那麽，目前中國職業聯賽中性名是怎麽樣的呢 ？
首先來看 ，未更改或未確定更改的俱樂部主要是北京北體大 、內蒙古中優 、北京理工和深圳壆崗等俱樂部 。其中 ，北體大和北京理工屬於更名規範中“俱樂部股東具有非營利性法人教育機構” ，是不需要再更改中性名的 ，內蒙古中優原計劃是把俱樂部名稱和球隊名稱皆更改為“內蒙古呼和浩特”的，但目前該俱樂部遭遇經濟困難 ，俱樂部工作人員都基本走完了 ，估計是通不過準入關 。
深圳壆崗能否使用現在名稱存疑。壆崗是深圳市寶安區沙井街道下麵的一個社區 ，剛升上中乙的壆崗俱樂部是國內首個村級職業俱樂部，因此普遍觀點認為 ，作為社區名稱應該符合中性名審核 ，目前是否通過情況不明，中國足協公布準入名單時會見分曉 。
其次 ，此次中性名改革 ，一個典型的特征是以行政區域名稱為主 ，即不少俱樂部是省份或者城市直接命名，目前有江蘇 、廣州、河北 、深圳 、青島 、武漢 、浙江 、昆山 、貴州等俱樂部 。
