北京時間1月1日消息 ，转正中超聯賽第21輪比賽繼續進行 ，张效自己在爭冠組的瑞全較量中 ，剛剛完成“換帥”的力赴深圳隊將迎戰河北隊 ，賽前發布會代理主帥張效瑞攜卡爾德克出席 。学习
談到備戰情況 ，丰富張效瑞表示 ：“我覺得現在確實進入聯賽尾期 ，有机大夥兒確實比較疲勞 ，更好我相信隊員能夠把後麵的转正比賽完成好 ，我覺得球隊的张效自己準備 、隊內的瑞全氣氛都很不錯。”
卡爾德克則說道 ：“我們希望用兩場勝利結束這個賽季，力赴所以接下來的学习比賽對我們非常重要，我們每天訓練的丰富非常認真，非常刻苦 ，有机非常好的態度 ，因為我們想把深圳的名字刻在牆上 ，所以我們會非常好的完善教練的戰術 。”
本賽季中超多隊都選擇了本土教練帶隊，山東泰山更是在郝偉的帶領下 ，奪得了冠軍 ，對此 ，張效瑞表示 ：“我覺得今年確實有很多本土教練帶隊成績不錯，也祝賀郝偉帶隊取得聯賽冠軍 。我現在還是積累自己，有機會就全力以赴，給自己創造更多的機會 。”
深圳隊剛剛完成了換帥 ，前任主帥卡洛斯合同到期離任 ，對於上任後戰術是否會有改變 ，張效瑞回答道 ：“應該不會改變太多 ，因為我們已經在一起兩年了 ，很多打法都已經成型了 ，有一些變化可能在要求上 。”
最後，談到如何看待外界對自己的期待時 ，張效瑞說道 ：“首先感謝俱樂部 、感謝集團有這個機會 ，讓我以代理主教練的身份帶隊。現在我就是全力以赴學習 ，豐富自己 ，給自己創造更多的條件，有機會的話 ，能當主教練是更好了 。”（DD）
