北京時間1月1日消息 ，转正中超聯賽第21輪比賽繼續進行，张效自己在爭冠組的瑞全較量中，剛剛完成“換帥”的力赴深圳隊將迎戰河北隊 ，賽前發布會代理主帥張效瑞攜卡爾德克出席 。学习
談到備戰情況 ，丰富張效瑞表示 ：“我覺得現在確實進入聯賽尾期，有机大夥兒確實比較疲勞 ，更好我相信隊員能夠把後麵的转正比賽完成好，我覺得球隊的张效自己準備 、隊內的瑞全氣氛都很不錯 。”
卡爾德克則說道 ：“我們希望用兩場勝利結束這個賽季 ，力赴所以接下來的学习比賽對我們非常重要 ，我們每天訓練的丰富非常認真 ，非常刻苦 ，有机非常好的態度 ，因為我們想把深圳的名字刻在牆上 ，所以我們會非常好的完善教練的戰術 。”
本賽季中超多隊都選擇了本土教練帶隊 ，山東泰山更是在郝偉的帶領下 ，奪得了冠軍 ，對此 ，張效瑞表示 ：“我覺得今年確實有很多本土教練帶隊成績不錯 ，也祝賀郝偉帶隊取得聯賽冠軍 。我現在還是積累自己 ，有機會就全力以赴 ，給自己創造更多的機會 。”
深圳隊剛剛完成了換帥 ，前任主帥卡洛斯合同到期離任 ，對於上任後戰術是否會有改變 ，張效瑞回答道 ：“應該不會改變太多 ，因為我們已經在一起兩年了 ，很多打法都已經成型了 ，有一些變化可能在要求上 。”
最後 ，談到如何看待外界對自己的期待時 ，張效瑞說道 ：“首先感謝俱樂部、感謝集團有這個機會 ，讓我以代理主教練的身份帶隊 。現在我就是全力以赴學習，豐富自己 ，給自己創造更多的條件，有機會的話，能當主教練是更好了 。”（DD）
