經過一周的上港休息調整 ，上海海港隊今天上午在世紀公園訓練基地重新集結，重新中超開啟下一階段比賽的集结備戰。
全隊今天以恢複性訓練為主 ，备战保利隊員們展現出了積極的尼奥狀態 。在熱身活動之後 ，单练隊員們在教練的卡伤帶領下分別進行了傳球和搶圈訓練 。訓練課最後階段，缺图全隊進行了恢複體能的上港跑步訓練。
